Frequently Asked Questions

Does paintball hurt?
Paintballs fire from the guns at a maximum speed of 100 metres per second. They do sting but that’s part of the motivation of not getting hit! All females get free chest protection and it is an option for all players. Also available for purchase are gloves, groin protection, neck protectors and caps.

We have strict safety rules which make this sport safer than golf! Our games are structured so that you can either be in the thick of the action or picking off your opponents from further away.

What are paintballs made of?
Paintballs are made of a gelatine ball containing water soluble commercial grade vegetable dye. They are completely non toxic and bio-degrade within days.

How old do I have to be to play?
Legislation in NSW means that you must be over 16 to play paintball. If you are under 18 you must have a parental consent form signed and handed in on the day. Once you turn 18 all you need is photo ID which must be produced on the day.

What do I need to bring?
Don’t bring anything valuable or breakable. Wear lightweight clothing as you will be provided with a pair of overalls so that your clothes will not get torn or dirty. Wearing lightweight clothing will ensure that you don’t overheat and become fatigued.

Make sure you wear sturdy footwear.
Elastic sided boots should not be worn and under NO circumstances will people be permitted to play in thongs, sandals or open toed footwear.

Joggers or lace up boots are highly recommended to prevent injury!
