Frequently Asked Questions
Does paintball hurt?
Paintballs fire from the guns at a maximum speed of 100 metres per second. They do sting but thats part of the motivation of not getting hit! All females get free chest protection and it is an option for all players. Also available for purchase are gloves, groin protection, neck protectors and caps.
We have strict safety rules which make this sport safer than golf! Our games are structured so that you can either be in the thick of the action or picking off your opponents from further away.
What are paintballs made of?
Paintballs are made of a gelatine ball containing water soluble commercial grade vegetable dye. They are completely non toxic and bio-degrade within days.
How old do I have to be to play?
Legislation in NSW means that you must be over 16 to play paintball. If you are under 18 you must have a parental consent form signed and handed in on the day. Once you turn 18 all you need is photo ID which must be produced on the day.
